The reports you can generate through Procare are amazing and they honestly do help on a daily basis. I purchased Mini Procare to start, but now we have the full program along with almost every module. I've also added Tuition Express and it really helps with time I spend on filling out deposits and running them to the bank.
Another nice thing about Procare is as you grow you can add to your program. You can set a payment plan also. I went from a center of just 10 children to one with more than 80 and a staff of 18 teachers in just 3 years. With Procare I can track things like schedules, payments, and continuing education credits with the click of a button - saving me at least 4 hours a day that my nose isn't buried in files! I LOVE IT!
